up_the_irons: my old employer claims that I "hacked into their system" because something went wrong on their system long after they laid me off. now they are talking about wanting to sue me seriously, I hate stupid stuff like this :( they claimed something happened yesterday - I'm guessing logs stay around that long, right? I had emails, chat logs proving I told them the DB backups were still going to MY paid account and they need to move it.. They never did.. Their server crashed, data went bye bye and they said I hacked it on purpose
