agrep is grep with operators , for OR and ; for AND and approximate searching.
To search when Colas said Doh!, search: colas;doh!
Options:

Case sensitive: searching for log will not find Log
Verbatim (no approximations nor regular expressions nor operators)
Word search: Searching for "win" will not match "wind"
Approximate match: tolerate 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 errors.
