new: Hi folks, I'm new to arpnetworks. I have a quick question, is the 'View Console' view-only? because I'm not able to type anything.
I also tried console.cust.arpnetworks.com but pressing 'l' does not show any vms
neither pressing 'c' or 't' for that matter. Only 'q' works.
mike-bur1: Pressing enter in 'View Console' worked for me. Not sure why.

new: my vm is openbsd and the last thing displayed on the web console is 'switching console to com0'. the vm is accessible via ssh but not console/vnc/console.cust.arpnetworks.com.
the only thing I changed is the hostname, but not sure if it should make any difference
with external vnc client, I can view only, not control whatsoever

new: i don't currently have root access to the vm. i changed my username but didn't update doas.conf knowing that i can use the console or vnc to access. i think i will raise a support ticket.
