[16:03] <new> my vm is openbsd and the last thing displayed on the web console is 'switching console to com0'. the vm is accessible via ssh but not console/vnc/console.cust.arpnetworks.com.

[16:06] <new> with external vnc client, I can view only, not control whatsoever

[16:17] <new> i don't currently have root access to the vm. i changed my username but didn't update doas.conf knowing that i can use the console or vnc to access. i think i will raise a support ticket.
