i am good all things considered.  got into yoga a lot the last few years which i think helped balance things.

finally upgrading my home pc too.  was split between amd and intel, they're both way better than they were.  didn't realise things have improved so much.

i have skylake with 32gb of ram, and it's crawling..
I went AMD. I havent had a gaming PC in years but built one at the beginning of the pandemic.
but it seems cpu speeds are liek 50% faster single core, and way more threads now

i mean i have nvme ssd etc, it's not really low end..
i'm getting a pcie4 ssd, i don't know how much it'd really help tbh ;)

i just got another ex-lease tablet too, and it's surprisingly fast.  i got it partially cos i wanted 4g, adn partially cpu on my tablet was a bit sluggish.
but now i'm using both tablets together with synergy and dual monitor for like 4 it actually works quite well
the idea of 4 monitors seemed crazy to me, and impractical, but with a smaller tablet under the monitor and slightly closer it seems to work well
