hello My credit card expired so an invoice failed two weeks ago. I have updated the details in the portal and forced the invoice to be paid. I am not able to reach my VPS over the network, I'm guessing these two things are related but I hoped that paying the invoice would undo whatever stopped access. fwiw the VPS is running and I can noVNC to it oh. This might be an IPv6 issue :S well, at least it brought my attention to the credit card problem! IPv6 egress from my .DE box is getting only as far as he.net FWIW I also had connectivity issues to my VPS in the Frankfurt DC at around 17:39-17:43 CET (IPv4+IPv6), looked like there was no route to the prefix from two different ASes :(
