My credit card expired so an invoice failed two weeks ago. I have updated the details in the portal and forced the invoice to be paid. I am not able to reach my VPS over the network, I'm guessing these two things are related but I hoped that paying the invoice would undo whatever stopped access.

well, at least it brought my attention to the credit card problem!
