mercutioshouldn't be will look into it [19:49]
mkbI got an alert around that time too
Resolved itself within five minutes.
[19:51]
mercutioacf_: are you still experiencing issues i can't reproduce
i tried using the he.net looking glass to one of your ip from 3 locations all fine.
[19:59]
......... (idle for 44mn)
acf_just tested again
it looks good now
thanks for looking into it so thoroughly though
I should really set up monitoring :P
[20:43]
mercutiofeel free to send a ticket if you have issues btw [20:44]
acf_do you prefer tickets or messages here?
I figured irc was faster / easier for everyone but I'm happy to make a ticket if you all would prefer that
[20:44]
mercutioi prefer messages here, up_the_irons prefers tickets i think
yeah if something is very transient there can be a short delay with email and irc can be faster if around
[20:44]
acf_yea plus irc is pretty interactive
so we can do the whole "here's the paste" "did that fix it" "yup" pretty fast
[20:46]
mercutiowell we didn't actually make any changes to fix your issue, it seemed to just come and go [20:47]
acf_yeah, for this one [20:47]
mercutiobut we did do some minor networking changes prior, but it shouldn't have caused any outages
i wonder if he.net have some kind of weird routing policy or something when routes change
was it only he.net that gave you issues/
[20:47]
acf_it seemed to be from a couple places
but that doesn't mean it wasn't an issue with another provider
it seemed like the routing loop was in telia?

brycecI got knocked off IRC earlier, that's my monitoring for the most part - messages from Nickserv lol (15:07 ARP Daylight Time, aka PDT)
I have no data, things reconnected on their own. All i can say is that affected several different IPv6 connections to various freenode servers.
[22:02]
........ (idle for 36mn)
up_the_ironsacf_: mercutio : fyi, I don't monitor IRC for support, so if your issue is pressing, submit an actual ticket; it goes to my phone immediately [22:39]
