[17:30] <up_the_irons> mnathani: to answer your question from before, yes, we had backups of the mail server, but it was a very old version of OpenBSD.  So, I decided to rebuild the whole server using latest OpenBSD, and then just restore the Maildir's from our backups.  Worked out well.
