Linus actually put me in a headlock the day I said "what do you think about RMS trying to relabel your work as GNU/Linux?" :)

I mostly deal with the userland -- I don't like Linux so I don't really do kernel hacking -- and I have to look up GNU stuff all the time because I've only memorized BSD commands. So it's GNU to me.
