anisfarhana | It's good if arpnetworks do have Telegram channel or group for the customers :D
Maybe they can consider it? Other than IRC? | [14:10] |

Lefty | IRC is lowest barrier to entry | [15:03] |
mike-burns | Why would they want additional communication channels?
(Also, Telegram? The faux-security messenger?) | [15:13] |

brycec | I agree that yet-another-chat-platform would just be a waste, forcing anyone that wanted to help out there to create yet-another-account in yet-another-app-to-run-and-keep-an-eye-upon. And like Lefty said, IRC is pretty idea for getting people to a point they can ask a question: Connect (use a web gateway! Freenode makes it pretty easy), pick a "name", and talk. Other platforms are only convenient if
those users happen to have accounts there, but then ARP would also have to setup accounts there and keep tabs on those... etc. /rant | [16:50] |

fIorz | yeah, just in general the idea of using communication networks that bring their own user interface is just a bad idea ... just as I don't install a separate mailbox for letters from you, I don't install a separate user interface for text messages from you | [17:11] |
