brycecI imagine it may not be "easy" and would probably be a manual dd process for them. You might be better off imaging from old to new VPS using Clonezilla (I've done it before)
(considering both VPS are on the same VLAN, you don't have to worry about anything networking, just set some random static IP on each host, same subnet of course, and point one at the other and vroom)
