not really a problem (with freebsd-update)

i didn't realise freebsd supported skipping major releases
i would have assumed needing to go from 9.3 to 10.x
ahh so freebsd not only works when fixing the bug, but supports it, it seems
I was going to just go to 10.x first anyway.
I have my ports built for 10, although I did it on a machine that is running 11
