I don't twitter much either, but I do have mobile notifications enabled for service providers like ARP, so I'm sure to receive notice of these things.
And kudos to ARP for actually using it.
Nothing worse than a provider that doesn't communicate, particularly when it comes to acknowledging issues.

and I have no interest in returning to /that/ place because the idea of such makes me completely dead inside
