i was curious how openbsd's read-ahead support works

it appears that openbsd's disk read-ahead may actually be broken. mike-burns: XXX?! mercutio: yeah what does that mean
btodb is just doign the 2^^9 to 512 byte block thing from what i saw
but that blkno += btodb kind of thing is spread over lots of architectures
often slightly different :)
the real heavy work was in the buffer cache / vfs code though
but it seems it just won't inflate i/o properly
