a steady wind is sensible
but gusts seem to get overestimated in strength mercutio: another weather site says 41km gust RandalSchwartz: they're also very annoying when flying mercutio: which is quite a bit more than 15 mph
and says 30k normal, which is uhh 18mph?
yeah some people are more sensitive to wind, some to rain
