That usually indicates that your kvm process has crashed
though vinagre is bombing out vnc'ing to mine

Okay now that I'm back at a computer... qbit, I can hit vnc on two different VPS, but neither are on kvr24 :p
qbit: sounds like your kvm process crashed (like brycec said). Hit Boot from the Portal and then see if you can connect
I could also hit qbit's vnc port, but only after 3 tries. The first two tries, TigerVNC gave a really useless error "CConn:       No useful address for host" (even though DNS is fine)

there's been this tendency to start boosting cable speeds by using more channels at once.
but if there are still docsis 2 users on the network as well as docsis 3, then they can get more network bandwidth if they upgrade people to docsis 3
and by "most of the issues" i mean using a sizable chunk to bring it to sudden congestion.
