have an older phone (still under warranty) - unlocked the bootloader (officiall) and reverted modem to an older version to install Lollipop (built from Sony Dev site)
when i reverted it back to stock ROM, the camera seized to work and sent it off for repair - they replaced the mainboard, unlocked the bootloader for me and kept an older modem on it for me
now my camera works in Lollipop

well THAT was really, really annoying. My dedicate machine's BMC refused to attach any ISO, either from ARP's library or from the iKVM Java viewer.

PXE boot from what? AFAIK there is no DHCP, let alone PXE boot on the dedi network or my VLAN :p
And I'm back online, yeah. No idea how/why, but grub-efi refused to see my ZFS boot volume whereas grub-mbr booted it fine.
(debugging for a time that I can afford extended downtime)
you can pxe to anything else on your vlan
you can setup dnsmasq to do it quite easily as long as you firewall off the stuff from external
i'd be surprised if the dedicated servers can't pxe boot

i think ipmi power cycle doesn't reboot the virtual media thing.

those on blank lines without semi-colon is basically what you need to do pxe boot with dnsmasq at a minimum.  there's some option thing that some stuff needs to to say pxe i think
and you need to set a dhcp range.
you then need to stick pxelinux.0 and some other stuff in /var/lib/tftpboot

heh, it's pretty easy, that's true. Most of the work is organizing/arranging the boot files.
yeah, when you want different hosts to have different startups and to start tracking mac addresess and using alternate vlan's etc it gets more complex.
(if you're just booting a single file, it's easy as pie. When you need menus, or mac/ip/uuid-specific boots, or you start mixing pxe implementations... then you have fun)
