i think my gpu took a dump
not getting any activity from the card when i power up my machine. no leds, no fans, no output. tried it in another machine and had the same issue. bleck.

becauuse like you need capacity to auustralia for asia... and the US for ... everything else.
then one weird thing about here, is that there's domestic capacity too
so you buy domestic capacity to the two biggest isp's
from either one of them.
so it's like at&t and verizon or something
where you can buy transit to either of them and they peer freely between them.
but otherwise youu're screwed.
because they won't freely peer.

but afaik providers like cogent are much cheaper for gigabit burstable on 10 gigabit.
