Is Haiku still worked on?
OSes were all the rage in the late 1990s/early 2000s. That was fun.
i think haiku is still worked on
but i'm not sure how much
that's about when i tried playing with some simple OS stuff
it's kind of hard.
mostly because you don't have a nice debugging environment
i think in some ways writing new user space is easier

iirc, msft takes bitcoin for some stuff
bitcoin is a popularity contest. When asked to reason why it should be valuable they point to the math without realizing that anyone can do that math.
