maybe it would run too hot or something mercutio: i think voltages can be a bit diff without load
i think it's less regulated
regardless sticking some load on is probably better if you want to test voltages being within spec.
but load shouldn't be needed to tell if you have dead fuse or osmething sga0_: yeah you guys seem to be right
i guess voltages would shoot up mercutio: i think it's not by that much
