mercutio: ^^ -v is "verbose"
normally it's kept to just the first line basically
(Also depends on what the backend provides)

do other people see m?nchen
or am i not properly set up for utf or something
just you, mercutio
ok
i am using tmux/weechat
As am I, in urxvt
yeah in urxvt too
so it should be possible :)
TERM=rxvt
that's probably the issue
my zshrc is setting that
Possible, for sure. But there are so many components to making it work... Locales etc
oh i remember what happened, when i had whatever before some remote hosts freaked out
ok now ssh term tygpe is right
but i suppose irc wasn't started with the right one
i'm using urxvt and screen. i can see unicode chars.
is there something better than openvpn to use on mobiles?
yeah it's probably because i started weechat with urxt term type
because i ssh to some things that don't support unicode
or urxvt-unicode termtype
i'm a little apprehensive about restarting weechat
it's been running since jan
whoa newegg takes bitcoin
Nice!

is the ISP to blame for that packet loss?
source: ARP, destination: Teksavvy residential Cable in Toronto
it's hard to know
outbound pings to google, ~10-15ms away is also generating 2% packetloss
Packets: Sent = 232, Received = 227, Lost = 5 (2% loss),
anythin gover 0.5% packet loss is pretty terrible to use
0.5% will be annoying even on lan
