so, 300-level cisco class for the ccnp cert track jpalmer: I'm in the first (of four) semester. It's definately geared for the newcomer. last thursday, I learned what a "network" is, and was told.. "each device ona network has an IP address. Don't worry, we'll learn what an IP address is later in the class." hehe m0unds: yeah, it's still useful jpalmer: It's a pre-req to the later classes.. so I'm not complaining. m0unds: right jpalmer: my vmware class, however.. i'm "learning how to install esxi" now. so, thats a bit more frustrating.. (that vmware requires a class, for certification)
THAT.. I'm complaining about. I was a bit annoyed, then I realized that about 8 of the people in the class, have *NO* background. one is an electrician.. and one only has experence with his home network (linksys) and was asking in one of the early diagrams where his modem would fit into the topograhy
