since xbox one prefers ipv6 if it can get it

I have one he.net tunnel to another endpoint that reaches that just fine
but the one I have going to my home net is timing out on the first hop
so the router edge is unstable I guess
v4 ping to 72.52.104.74 is stable, v6 ping inside the tunnel is not. go figgure.. hmm..
