novae: instant provisioning,  no.   but the service is more solid/reliable than most other providers,  even those with instant provisioning.  and at a price point that I've come to really appreciate.

It's just been a while since i've had one provisioned and couldn't remember.
you can deploy a new OS on your already-created VPS instantly
but I just bank on the fact that new ones will be done within 24h
