We've managed 90 hours in the last year, under less than optimal conditions (the two hour commute). Having a plane closer should make logging hours even easier. And we both want to do training for instrument, so we have to log that time. We'll see. Both of us have family ~4 hours outside the city we want to visit often, and the rental situation in NYC sucks. The FBO we were renting from originally shut down due to an accident last year. The major airports only focus on ATP training and the next closest option is the place we're renting from.
