mercutiorss2email now that's a nice idea [01:07]

up_the_ironsStarting on FreeBSD 10 templates. Going with virtio for everything :) (hopefully there won't be any problems)
phlux: ah yeah, if you don't have rdns on the smtp client IP, it'll always get rejected these days; that's the most basic check
[02:02]
mercutiordns being more commonly not setup properly on ipv6
and being a little less obvious
well when you don't realise that smtp goes ipv6 quite easily
mercutio has hit problems with that in the past too
[02:13]
......... (idle for 44mn)
up_the_ironsFreeBSD 10 install on all virtio worked flawlessly
will finish up this template tomorrow...

phluxup_the_irons: yeah, I was just surprised that sendmail was defaulting to ipv6 instead of ipv4 [09:44]
........ (idle for 37mn)
bryceci would assume sendmail just defaults to "open a soxket" and the os socket layer prefers v6 on most OS these days.
whixh i'm quite happy with :)

pjsup_the_irons awesome! (Re: fbsd 10)
m0unds, yea pkg2ng is nice however when going from 9.x to 10.0 with freebsd-update you have to rebuild all the ports. It's just a pita. It always ends up with issues and I spend hours doing it instead of quickly and easily. Reinstall is quick as well but just an extra step I'd rather avoid
[10:43]
phluxI finally got something nice and minimalistic: http://www.phluxbox.com/ [10:49]
staticsafenice [10:49]
phluxDoes anyone have any suggestions for some sort of CMS for displaying files?
http://img.phluxbox.com/screenshots/ is kind of lame
[10:53]
m0undspjs: yeah, i know - i did it (9.2->10) but if it's a /new/ box, mount the ISO and install from the ISO
that's what i did to get 9.2 before there was a 9.2 base image built
[10:54]
