anyone here from arp networks support> ? yes, but your best bet is probably a support ticket as i don't believe they're staring at irc 24/7 point me on the right direction I just need answers for general questions regarding a new vps oh, just fire away here and someone here will possibly know if it's a question relating to the service how long it takes for the VPS to be operational, and do I need to configure ipv6 on it or once the server is up I can just ping the v6 address and it will work? j0bd0n3: It takes 24hr on average for a new VPS to be operational. IPv6 did not work for me upon boot. It might have changed in the past 5 years. I'm not support, just a long-time customer. thanks mike-burns j0bd0n3: IPv6 will be configured in some fashion; the default os install in theory should have it functional; you're allocated the IPv6 address space so whether its working by default or requires tweaks on your end, .. it's definately easy .. thanks toddf did kvr19 just reboot or just my VPS? reardencode: just you $ uptime 12:56:55 up 257 days, 15:06, 1 user, load average: 0.84, 0.99, 0.98 $ mike-burns: toddf : IPv6 is configured and working on new VMs, FYI Ace.
