mikeputnam: link a debit card and bank account and all withdrawal limits (like 500 / mo) is removed, however personally i have a persistent stop payment for thebank account on any transactions originating from paypal because fuck paypal.

I dare say more convenient for the payer, presuming they have a paypal account already setup. Just a few clicks and bam, you're $ poorer.
