my point is being around a long time and or being opped in here does not necessarily equate to knowing how to accces /dev/vda1

heavysixer has ops cuz he's a good friend of mine, but he's a hard core programmer, not system admin; hence the vda1 question (just thought i'd clear that up)

out of ucriosity is garry the only staff or does he have other guys
I've seen him pay people to help him upon occasion but he is indeed a lone ranger at the moment from what I understand
