mercutio: either their port is only 100 mbit or they have a ton of traffic.. or a dos attack.. ;)

or make the switch to 10 gigabit
i think another gigabit is more likely :/
i've got no idea if any2ix make 10 gigabit affordable or not
but line cards for 10 gigabit are damn expensive
