total IPv6 traffic used to not even reach 1 mbps
now it's around 7.5 mbps on the 95th (month avg)

Yep, I am up_the_irons: cool phlux: I handle pollution cases, facility safety and security inspections, container inspections, foreign vessel examinations, you name it. up_the_irons: a buddy of mine told me the coast guard has cool civilian volunteer positions; like you can do marine inspections and shit, more "hands on" than most other civ. volunteer stuff phlux: yeah we do
We take civilians out on vessel boardings all the time if we don't see the vessel as a high risk
