up_the_irons: I really always hated their support times and support quality. When I had a real issue, it was always assumed that it was just my problem, and that I must've done something to create the issue.

i've thought about up'ing the 768MB RAM plan to 1024MB RAM.  nice even number.. 1G for $20.  trouble is I don't have the hardware.
but i use arp because of the quality of the vps

Linode staffer - FWIW, last four are stored separately from full card numbers to be used for display in places in the manager. Also, additional blog post is forthcoming asap
