but that is pretty gross brycec: I haven't tried anything really - the same gear (pfSense router, network switches, computers) all worked just fine before the move on a much faster connection, and before that, a slower connection, so there really shouldn't be any configuration problems :/
And the latency starts at the first hop beyond the modem mercutio: it's probably the way they're shaping you
