[13:43] <brycec> warex: if you can't connect to vnc, it means your VM is not running
[13:44] <brycec> Login to the portal, pull up the page on that vps, and press boot

[13:45] <brycec> If you can connect to the vps but not the VNC console, then support@ (or up_the_irons showing up) is your only hope
