out of curiosity, do we get charged for incoming AND outgoing bandwidth, or just outgoing? i've seen it happen both ways.

spiked in july a bit
and for 95th percentile it says 0.15mbit in+out, 0.09 mbit in, 0.15mb out
but yeah gigs could be diff

but i've seen some companies say "you can't control what's incoming, so we only charge for outgoing"
