out of curiosity, do we get charged for incoming AND outgoing bandwidth, or just outgoing? i've seen it happen both ways. maybe check the graph? i think it's both ways i don't get a cactus graph like you guys i monitor my own: http://bryant.ewnix.net/vnstat oh? why don't you get a graph? i signed up before that was a thing :| oh that's up_the_irons's explanation anyways :P mayb you don't have a bw cap too? i'm fairly certain i'm capped at 200GB, but i don't really touch that well i think you get charged if you go over? but i can't remember i've done over 200 gig total in the last yera somehow spiked in july a bit and for 95th percentile it says 0.15mbit in+out, 0.09 mbit in, 0.15mb out but yeah gigs could be diff yeah typically you get charged for going over but i've seen some companies say "you can't control what's incoming, so we only charge for outgoing" that's nice i don't htink that's necessarily the reasn though steadfast do that but i think it's just cos they do way more outgoing than incoming but then, steadfast are using cogent
