Oh my god!!! What is this crappy hosting company made of??? I have been trying to cancel my acount for several days now ... but that stupid fuck at the support-desk claims that he cannot read my mail, and blaimes his "system" ... totally ignoring my request! Does anyone know how to cancel a server?

For the sake of fairness i actually liked the service both the human and the technical parts ... but that all changed when i wanted to cancel my server (not because i was unsatisfied, but because i needed a larger one)

if you're more anxious than that, go to bluehost or media temple. :)
and then pay the corresponding more money for less features.
