i was pretty impressed with the power draw of the 8x blades.  All running, at idle boot loader, it clocks only 2.9 Amps!  there were no HDs though

basically everything was equal between juniper and cisco, except our nocmonkeys are happier with the latter than the former, so... sorry, Juniper

it works fine, but it has lower absolute throughput, and it doesn't integrate especially well with anything else.
