(have two customers working on getting NetBSD working, and one has already achieved some success)
are there any network issues? I've had several alerts since yesterday that connections between one of my web servers and the db server have dropped. I was debugging yesterday and in ping tests the roundtrip was generally extremely fast, but with periods of very long (30ms) for short bursts.

up_the_irons was it on going since yesterday? I believe the instance in question is on KVR14 too
pjs: yeah, kvr14 took the hit yesterday (no other hosts), intermittently throughout the day.  today all hosts took the hit (for about 45 minutes)

channel poll: what VNC viewer do you use with our out-of-band access?  I want to put a FAQ entry up listing the good ones.  I know several people have had problems with some.  But, being a Linux person, I only have experience with xtightvncviewer
