lol even up_the_irons: we went down every two hours, and they said clearing the ARP cache on our firewall is the only thing that would fix it. They were stumped. I said, "If ARP clearing fixes the issue, then something is stealing our IPs"
took 'em hours to figure out what was taking the IPs
so then, after a long apologetic phone call, they "upgraded" our account to a "better", smaller team, said we could call them any time; and they put our new gear on a different VLAN mhoran: Ha. up_the_irons: what happened the next day?

apparently, they did not do shit to the VLAN and turned on the new setup again, thereby stealing our IPs *again* jdoe: haha up_the_irons: fuck me once, your fault. fuck me twice, my fault. i think OneLogin will pull the gear and go with SoftLayer
nice to know though, they have an entire class of customers they don't give a shit about. the class that didn't get the account "upgrade" we did.
