Sales receipt emails are now active again (and I just sent emails for all receipts created in the past week)
hmm was there an issue with the payments this month?

I got an email saying my card was no accepted .. maybe it actually didn't have enough money in it but I thought it did
b1k3ryd3r: if the email asked for updated CC info, either follow the instructions or reply and say "try again", etc. :)
