raptelan: mhoran : you guys probably mean ARIN, not IANA.  IANA only gives IPs to the RIRs (and there are no more IPs left in IANA, so that's a mute point), and then from there, the RIRs give them to ISPs.  In the US, the RIR is ARIN

Each customer has their own VLAN, so that's the only way to do it.
