hello, I'm considering getting a VPS through ARP and I had a couple of questions - if a friend already has an account there, is there a referral program? and the $5 fee for a /29 of IPv4, is that one-time or recurring?

There was a referrable program back when I signed up, and I mentioned the referrers name in the notes.
