far more of those for linux than for any of the BSDs
depends on the scope of the threat.   just like any other OS.
if it's something that affects us,  and the likelyhood of it being problematic is high,  I push out a fix or workaround immediately after it's tested.  if it doesn't impact us,   I don't.
the OS wars,   are retarded.  the OS is simply a tool to get a job done.  and managing *any* OS,  follows the same fundamentals and principles, as any other OS.
Editor wars are dumb, too.

There are a few objective things to debate. I'm sure.
vi is better than ed for day-to-day programming.
the only time I care about *your* usage or preferences,  is when we're forced to co-admin machines :P
(and with puppet,  I sometimes don't even care then.  because if you are logging into a machine (other than in the lab)..  you're doing something wrong.
