| jpalmer | If that is the case, I don't mean to sound rude.. but ARP probably isn't the best provider for you. one of the ways ARP lowers their prices, is to provide support only about once a day.. so the customer is expected to be self-sufficient and proficient. If you are going to depend on support (and it sounds like you might) there are probably better alternatives for that.
if you're ok with not having 24.7 support, they'll send you a welcome email with the connection info for your VPS. once you have that, you just upload your SSH keys, and go on about your business | [19:03] | |
