that's part of what keeps the costs down

pham:  really, I'd think the goal is to know "I'm going to wipe and reinstall a new OS on a server"  well before you actually do it.   if you clue ARP in to that intention (with an ISO change request) as soon as you make the decision,  chances are good the request will be handled before you need it
unless you are one of the "I don't plan,  I just.. DO!" types.
