[14:52] trying to decide between netgear GS105NA vs GS605 [14:56] I have a bunch of 608's. It's a dumb switch, so it's pretty hard to get wrong. [14:56] IMO the only real difference is a fashionable plastic case vs. the blue metal one. [15:09] i don't like the plastic case [15:09] i like the blue metal one [15:09] it has those nice indicator lights in the front too [15:10] the metal case is much more robust if you're intending to use them anywhere work-related [15:11] (plus the metal cases are wall-mountable) [16:22] well its not work related [16:22] but its going to be in behind an entertainment center [16:22] that has a bunch of crap and I roughly pull cords thorugh it and stuff [16:22] so metal would be nice [16:30] *** Escable has quit IRC (Ping timeout: 258 seconds) [16:31] *** Escable has joined #arpnetworks [16:56] *** cubelogic has quit IRC (Ping timeout: 246 seconds) [17:17] *** Escable has quit IRC (Ping timeout: 260 seconds) [17:17] *** Escable has joined #arpnetworks [18:14] *** robotarmy has quit IRC (Remote host closed the connection) [18:26] *** amdprophet has quit IRC (Ping timeout: 260 seconds) [18:35] anyone like a specific kvm? i'm in the market for one [18:35] looking for recommendations [18:43] *** cubelogic has joined #arpnetworks [18:51] *** HighJinx has quit IRC (Ping timeout: 240 seconds) [18:57] "specific" kvm?
