The bigger ones you shutdown the CPU module from the command-line, then simply remove it from the chassis, replace bits, plug it back up, restart the CPU.  No reboot. :)

Around 15.
They've done this before... where they just bump up the speeds.
The basic plan was 3mbps when it first came out... then 5, now it's 7
maybe that plan is faster now too.
