| raptelan | I think my favorite thing about VPS's is easy (*cough* depending on provider *cough*) serial and kvm access, which is annoyingly costly with hardware. I used to do colocation and decent network hardware for those is *not cheap*. | [05:22] |

| raptelan | up_the_irons: vpslink used to have some sort of java app thingy that I believe was a VNC client as it would show your vps console. I don't think they did anything with serial although that should be equally possible. In any case, it was a really nice feature, but one day "went away", and now they don't have any client access to vps's with broken networking. :P
