himself and at least one other person can't

he tried to ssh from athens (one of our VPS) back to himself, and that isn't working

amdprophet: so the return path is causing the issue, but what is weird is that the return path looks fine to me from my own vps
we're going to try and run a traceroute from the vps
can everyone reach http://aelatis.com, http://pgu.me, and http://api.reachservicerecord.com:8124/challenges/manlydeadguy ?

I think it may be his ISP
there should be more hops back to him there
i can reach those sites

I think his ISP is having a few issues (both incidents were from Shaw users)
